Our published voluntary return policy
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase under our voluntary policy, with proof of purchase. This policy does not restrict the statutory rights described below, including where delivery occurs later.
Consumer purchases made online
For eligible consumer distance purchases, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Statutory exceptions apply, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. A standard product ordered from a supplier is not automatically a personalised product.
To withdraw, email a clear statement identifying your name, order number, goods and delivery date. For example: “I wish to withdraw from my purchase of , order [number], received on [date].” Keep a copy of your notice.
Contact us for the correct return address and transport arrangements, especially for heavy equipment. Return costs and any deductions must follow the applicable consumer rules. Statutory rights apply to discounted goods as well as regular-priced goods.
Faulty or damaged goods
Report the issue with your order details and, where helpful, photographs. Consumer purchases benefit from the applicable legal guarantee, including the EU minimum two-year protection for goods that are faulty or do not match their description. A manufacturer’s commercial warranty is additional to these rights. The trader is responsible for the cost of returning defective goods where required by law.
Refunds and business orders
Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method, in accordance with applicable deadlines. Contact us if a confirmed refund is missing.
Business purchases and project-specific services follow their agreed written terms. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights.
