Products, prices and quotations
Choose equipment according to the use classification and specifications on its product page. Ask us to confirm suitability for your facility, dimensions, access requirements and installation needs before purchase.
Shop prices are in euros and exclude VAT and delivery. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown in the checkout total before payment. Where no price is published, request a written quotation. A quotation should identify the equipment, quantities, applicable taxes, delivery and any installation services included.
Availability and delivery
A backorder is not confirmation of immediate local stock. Contact us to confirm the delivery timeframe before ordering backordered equipment. Delivery and installation are separate services unless expressly included in your order or quotation. Tell us about stairs, lifts, restricted access and site preparation requirements.
Payment and order information
The payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout. Retain your order confirmation and invoice. If an order contains an error or delivery requirement that needs clarification, contact us promptly.
Returns, faults and support
